Integration Details

For both new and existing clients in ClioGrow, our Acuity integration automatically creates or updates the matter for all new appointments booked with you. We unify your client intake and appointment booking, leaving you with no need to switch between different applications to complete tasks.

A client books a new meeting in Acuity for a specific meeting type.

Find the client in Clio
If the client exits inside Clio Grow or Manage, update the matter with correct information.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No, you do not. We've designed our pre-built automations to be implemented within your firm seamlessly and effortlessly. Once we set it up together, there should be little to no management required going forward.

How long does it take to set up?

To make sure you have a seamless and easy experience, we'll schedule a 15 minute call to help you set up your automation. After the call, you'll be all set up and we will be available for help if needed!

What type of Acuity plan do I need?

You will need to be on any one of the paid plans Acuity offers.

What data gets transferred from Acuity to Clio Grow or Manage?

All fields within the appointment booking flow in Acuity will be automatically transferred into your Clio Grow or Clio Manage. Add your custom fields or default matter fields and the automation will take care of the rest.

Does the automation only work for certain appointment types?

The automation can be linked to any type of Acuity appointment type. You can also select the exact meeting type to connect the automatic to and deselect other appointment types from the automation.

What happens if there is a problem?

We have a number of checks and balances to ensure your automation will run smoothly. However, in the case that you are needing any type of support, you'll have the CEO's personal phone number you can contact. We really mean that.
