Migrations prices are provided to clients after the scope of work has been completed. Prices can range from $3,000 USD and up.

Financial Migrations

What is financial migrations?
LegalMate helps Clients move their essential financial data from their prior Legal software to Clio into their respective Clients and Matters. This data can include bills, trust balances, rates, and other expense data.

Custom reporting

What is Custom Reporting?
Using your Clio data, LegalMate helps clients make the most out of their reporting needs by building custom reports and dashboards that are not available in Clio.
What Types of data can I use to create reports?
LegalMate's custom reporting tool enables clients to use all of their Clio data including custom fields, matters, timekeeping, expenses, notes and contacts. Clio's standard reporting tools are currently limited to a subset of data available inside Clio.
What Types of Visualizations Can be Made?
Clients are able to make a variety of graphs, charts and tables to visualize their data. We also work with clients to ensure that all of their visualization needs are met.

Document Template Building

What are Document Templates?
Clio's Document Automation allows you to create PDF or Word documents using data from Clio. This enables you to rapidly build forms and standard documents, such as Engagement Letters and Retainer agreements using Clio.
How do you create templates?
To use Document Automation in Clio, you must first create a Template, which uses different Merge Fields. We help law firms create their document templates via merge fields.
What is the process?
Working with your team, we will determine the scope of templates that are needed and give you a quote.
