You will need to be on any one of the paid plans Acuity offers.
All fields within the appointment booking flow in Acuity will be automatically transferred into your Clio Grow or Clio Manage. Add your custom fields or default matter fields and the automation will take care of the rest.
The automation can be linked to any type of Acuity appointment type. You can also select the exact meeting type to connect the automatic to and deselect other appointment types from the automation.
We have a number of checks and balances to ensure your automation will run smoothly. However, in the case that you are needing any type of support, you'll have the CEO's personal phone number you can contact. We really mean that.
